It is national principals month!! I worked with some wonderful principals. One of the most meaningful thing I took from them is the overarching theme that all decisions that are made start with, 'is what we are doing good for kids?' This vision permeated the school; and conversations always start and end with this question. It is a great reminder of what our principals do and how valuable they are in middle schools.
